Modern and convenient 2 bedroom apartments with comfy queen beds. the location is perfect, close to subway and dining options, and situated on a residential street for a homely feel. the daily_weekly parking across the street gave us the freedom to explore the city. Plus, we enjoyed the prime location for watching the New Year's Eve festivities!
As with any city apartment, the bathroom was small.

Staff flexibility, tv, airconditioning
The room itself wasn´t dirty bathroom shower had some mold so flip flops recommended. Once we saw a cockroach running around reception we wished we didn´t pay - had the light on all night. Had no choice as we arrived late. Cancel the rest of stay. Staff did attempt to kill it but you could tell it wasn´t a new thing.

Location
We booked for 4 people we had only 2 towels. Our stay was for 3 nights, on the 4th morning the staff finally brought up the other 2 sets of towels. When we asked on the first night, they told us come back tomorrow, when we asked the next morning the told us "the complaint department opens at 3." I called the main number & was told "We only change towels every 4 days." We were only there for 3 nights! Expect another $90 charge from Woogo - the apartment rental agency, on top of the Booked.net rate.

Convenient room features and location
The room was equipped with basic features such as a microwave and a fridge, which was very helpful during our stay. The location was perfect because it was near shops and restaurants. It was also easy to find transportation. The bed was comfortable and the room was decently sized.
Our stay was not pleasant due to the poor and unmaintained condition of the room. The bathroom was dirty and the showerhead was broken.

When you request a Taxi for the staff of the Hotel... You need to check the value with the taxi driver before of starting it.. I have a friend that returned in one day before of my return... In both cases... the value provided by staf of the hotel and the final value in the airport were different, certainly that final values were higher than values provided by staf of hotel.

The location
The presence of bugs in the room. However, his is not unusual in NYC.I payed for a executive studio but it was a "conventional" studio. Though it was denied, I know it, as I've been there previously.

Location
We stay for 7 nights for 2.500 usd in 1 bedroom apartment for 4 people. Two people should sleep on the couch where 2 not ironed sheets were thrown on a corner , without cushion covers. There were only 2 chairs at the dining table and we have been told that the other 2 people had to eat sitting on the coach. In a week , we did not have clean sheets or towel. Our flat had to 2 windows looking a high wall; we couldn't even tell if there was the sun or not . I was told that in New York it is the best you can have for 2.500 a week, so I don't know if I can to complain.

-Very convenience Location. Easy access to Subway. Lots of walking distance restaurants, bars & shops. - Good lobby & enterance area
They provide MINIMUM bath supplies in the bathroom ! We just had soap bars , not even shampoo !! Actually when we asked for them, they simply answered that they are out of the stock and waiting for suppler to bring more !!!!! It is MAY be acceptable for a small motel on the road, but not from a Hotel Apartment Complex in the heard of New York City !
